PHILOSOPHY

Player Development

Individual practice play should be held to a high standard in the betterment of the entire team. This means teams train with the same intensity as in a match. Players will be coached on tactical decision making rather than just relying on athletic ability. Understand that short-term results during a match is for betterment of long-term development.
